- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM software, internet, etc.)
- Experience in sales and/or in the logistics industry is not required, but preferred
- W-2 Employee - $45,000/year base salary plus uncapped commission
- 1099 Independent Contractor - Generous commission-only structure (experienced freight brokers only)

- Experience in the logistics industry (dispatcher, CDL driver, sales, operations, etc.) is not required, but a plus
- Part-Time: Hourly plus uncapped commissions
- Full-Time: Hourly or Salary plus uncapped commissions
