With a BS from Weber State University and an MBA from Westminster College, Grant has spent the last 15 years building himself into one of the great executives in the Freight and Logistics industry. After a decade of learning the industry, moving thousands of shipments for his customers, and building and managing multiple sales teams for one of the biggest freight brokerages in North America, Grant allied with executive leadership at Inland X in 2020 to co-found Inland LogistiX as the brokerage arm of the company. Now Grant oversees all aspects of the business. Grant is a life-long athlete who is active in pickleball, basketball, ping pong, golf, fishing, and ice fishing. His love of sports has trickled down to his four children, as well. In his spare time, he’s a highly engaged family man who loves coaching his kids’ sports teams and traveling with his family.  

John “fell into sales” back in 2000 while working on his master's degree and has never “fallen out” - nor does he ever want to. Since he started, he has always sought to follow what he calls The Simplest Rule of Sales: “When you put all your effort into helping your customer’s business thrive, your own business is bound to follow suit.” With Inland LogistiX, John now applies his 25-year track record of sales, training, and management success to leading a team of Account Managers who always put their customers first. In what little “free” time he has, John can be found reading, playing cards or board games with his wife, working on projects around the house, or video chatting with his kids and grandkids.

Ginger has an extensive background in sales and business development, including 23 years as a successful business owner. Her knowledge of the daily challenges and responsibilities business executives face in bolstering their bottom lines has been a tremendous benefit to every customer she has brought on to Inland LogistiX. Ginger has integrity and an affable personality, both which make it easy for customers to connect with her. But it's her stick-to-itiveness and focus on service and communication that keep her customers coming back to her for all their shipping needs. She loves spending free time with her family and others and in beautifying her surroundings through decorating.   

With over 30 years of experience in sales and client relationship management, Joey has built a reputation for gaining a clear understanding of his clients’ needs, helping them find creative solutions for their challenges, and earning his clients’ trust in every interaction. Since coming to Inland LogistiX, his focus on developing long-term customer relationships built on always meeting or exceeding his customers’ expectations has led most of his customers to use Joey as their freight broker of choice. His passion for doing good in the world extends beyond the world of business. When not at work, Joey puts his heart and soul into his family and friends, community service, and enjoying the great outdoors.  

Tavaris brings five years of hands-on experience in the trucking industry into his role here at Inland LogistiX. With that experience, he has a thorough understanding of logistics and transportation operations. His expertise includes managing efficient delivery routes, optimizing fleet performance, and ensuring timely and safe delivery of every shipment. His customers enjoy working with him because of his ability to solve complex logistics challenges and provide exceptional customer service. Whether he's providing his customers with reliable rates for all kinds of shipments, accessing great carriers and drivers, or helping navigate regulatory compliance, Tavaris is committed to delivering seamless solutions that keep his customers' business moving forward. With his sweetheart and young daughter at home, he doesn't really have much "free" time. But you'll never hear Tavaris complain because there's no place he'd rather be than with his family.
